Wednesday was another day on the road! Hooray! We went to the Grand Canyon in Arizona. North rim, because South Rim is too far away.
Felix tried to jump up in the air and fly, but it scared Kyle, as you can see by his face.
Felix finally convinced Kyle that they were far enough from the edge that they could
both jump. (We maybe discovered that Felix has a great love for jumping shots. A GREAT love.)
And here is a shot of the Grand Canyon. It is a very big canyon. This must be why they call it Grand.
Then we drove back to Utah. For some reason, we didn't get pictures of "Welcome to Arizona!" Why? I don't know. I was driving. I couldn't take a picture at the same time.
There was also the ogling of polygamists in Colorado City/Hilldale, but I feel in inappropriate to post those pictures on the internets. Sorry.
We went up to the Red Hill/Pioneer Park in Santa Horhe after we got back. I wanted to show the Trifecta the Indian cave. It has been a very long time since I have hiked up around there. It has been even longer since I was hiking up there to look for the Indian cave. So we were having problems finding it.
Kyle told me to think like an Indian, and then maybe I would find it. That wasn't working, so we took a break and I called my Rochelle to be our tour guide.
While we were waiting, I decided to take a picture of the tan line on my feets. Awesome, right? Yes, awesome.
But then Rochelle came and we found it!
It was a beautiful day.
