Today I am angry and irritable. But that's not what I'm posting about.
So one of my roommates and I were on the way to campus today when this guy passed us on his bike. He was talking on the phone (Bluetooth, baby, it's a wonder) and we over heard him say "I can't wait for levitating bikes and cars and boards and houses." Then we looked at each other and laughed after he was out of earshot.
It gets better.
We get to the next light, up by Wendy's, you know? Only we were on the north end of the street so we had to wait to cross to the south end. Guess who's there? Yeah. Our little bike friend.
"Oh, you girls," he says. "Are you waiting for levitation, too?"
"Umm.... sure...?" says us.
And then he starts going off on how he wants to live like they do in the Jetsons and Meet the Robinsons and stuff like that. So weird.
