I have cute new glasses! They are black, like my heart (k, actually they're blue, but... ). I have now joined the near-sighted children on the block. Officially. It is maybe kind of interesting and different. Anyway, so now I look like an intellectual librarian always, instead of just when I'm reading. Oh, and did I mention how my glasses are Vogue? No, seriously, the are.
Also, I found a panic button at Hallmark and had to buy it. It may be used frequently. (Chilly, I really think you need to get one of these, too.)
Before all of those funtimes today, I went to the zoo with Chillylint, and we saw lots of animals. Mostly I think we saw the giraffes for a really long time. One of them pooped a lot while it was walking. I thought it was gross and talented at the same time. And Red Pandas or whatever are very cute, but we learned that they do not make good pets because they're not actually cuddly. Rather they are like me and scratch and bite. The train ride totally made the whole thing worth it, though. Even if it did cost me a whole dollar.
Finally, for those who wonder, some of the children maybe still feel sick inside, but they are doing OK and will be attending classes again Monday as usual.
