I tell you what. This Village is not missing their idiot. Man oh man. So, we just found out rent for spring/summer has been lowered for not previously existing tenants to $285 a month. This is $110 less than what I pay. This means if I'm to sell my contract, I have to sell it at that price or lower.

Please bless it sells. I don't want to live here by myself.
