Stina tagged me to do this a few days ago, and I figure I better do it now while I'm thinking about it, or else I'll probably forget. Plus it looks fun and I have nothing else to do because Roommate is sleeping still from nap-time and also I'm just waiting for later to roll around so I can go see the cats and The House and have Fun Times.

Whenever Oprah does her ‘Favorite Things’ show, I am always curious about the things she chooses and why. Tell me, if money were not an issue and you wanted to load up a basket of five of your most ‘Favorite Things’ and give it to your friends, what would you choose and why? It can be something simple, like the type of pen you use or something big like the type of car you drive. I will list my ‘Things’ and then I will tag a few of you to do the same thing. Here they are in no particular order...

1. Heating Pad
Granted, mine is ancient and looks nothing like this, but I tell you what, when you're back is just SORE and you just need something warm on it, this does the trick. Even though it's not actually muscle pain.

2. Crazy Sleek Hair Lotion
LOVE this stuff. My hair stays straight even in humid weather and it smells good, to boot!

3. Canon Powershot digital camera

Granted, this isn't actually the model I have (in the picture, I mean), but it's a pretty good little camera and I've grown rather fond of it. People ask me what kind of camera I use to take the pictures we've got framed in our living room here and are always surprised to hear you can do stuff like that with a camera as simple as this! (This doesn't mean I don't want a digital SLR, though).

4. Kitchen Aid Mixer
Please. Need I actually say more? I don't think so.

5. Toshiba Satellite u300
Besides the fact that Vista is often of the devil, I love my computer. It's cute, it sparkles, it's small, it doesn't weigh a million tons.... Yeah.

Tag, you're it: Chilly, if she feels so inclined, Dragon Lady, Krishna, and anyone else who feels the need.
