Once upon a time I randomly decided to look at all my blog posts. And then I went, "What's this? A draft? oops." So, here go.
11 And the Lord said unto them also: Go forth among the Lamanites, thy brethren, and establish my word; yet ye shall be a
patient in long-suffering and afflictions, that ye may show forth good b
examples unto them in me, and I will make an instrument of thee in my hands unto the salvation of many souls.
2 My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into
adivers btemptations;
4 But let patience have
her perfect work, that ye may be
aperfect and entire, wanting nothing. (James 1)
40 And now my beloved brethren, I would exhort you to have
apatience, and that ye bear with all manner of
bafflictions; that ye do not
crevile against those who do cast you out because of your
dexceeding poverty, lest ye become sinners like unto them;
41 But that ye have
apatience, and bear with those
bafflictions, with a firm hope that ye shall one day rest from all your afflictions. (Alma 34)
21 Nevertheless the Lord seeth fit to
achasten his people; yea, he trieth their
bpatience and their faith.
22 Nevertheless—whosoever putteth his
atrust in him the same shall be
blifted up at the last day. Yea, and thus it was with this people. (Mosiah 23)
19 For this
is athankworthy, if a man for conscience toward God endure
bgrief ...
20 For what glory
is it, if, when ye be buffeted for your faults, ye shall take it
apatiently? but if, when ye do well, and
bsuffer for it, ye take it
cpatiently, this
is dacceptable with God. (1 Peter 2)

Verily I say unto you my friends,
afear not, let your hearts be comforted; yea, rejoice evermore, and in everything give
bthanks;
2
aWaiting patiently on the Lord, for your prayers have entered into the ears of the Lord of Sabaoth, and are recorded with this seal and testament—the Lord hath sworn and decreed that they shall be granted.
3 Therefore, he giveth this promise unto you, with an immutable covenant that they shall be fulfilled; and all things wherewith you have been
aafflicted shall work together for your
bgood, and to my name’s glory, saith the Lord. (D&C 98)
27 Now when our hearts were depressed, and we were about to
aturn back, behold, the Lord
bcomforted us, and said: ... bear with
cpatience thine
dafflictions, and I will give unto you success. (Alma 26)
4 And patience, experience; and experience, hope:
5 And
ahope maketh not ashamed; because the
blove of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us. (Romans 5)

... and let us run with
cpatience the race that is set before us (Hebrews 12)
