I was at the craft store tonight (one of many that I went to in search for magnets) and overheard this little girl asking her mother, "Mom, is 3+4 seven? Is 3+4 seven? is 3+4 seven?" over and over again. Her mother kept ignoring her. It reached the point where I almost yelled in exasperation, "YES! 3+4 IS SEVEN!"
I can only imagine the looks I would have gotten.
(Doesn't 3+4 just look like 7 to you? Maybe this is just my weird math streak coming through.)
