Well, first we can say that the author of Chocolate and Carrots did a lot better job in looks. Also, I found that I needed to use 5 egg yolks, not the measly 2-4. I'm not sure if this is due to elevation or humidity, or aliens or what, but it's what happened. Also, I think I cooked mine too long because they're not quite so fudgyful. But do they taste good? Yes. Will I make them again? Most likely.
Have I used my kitchenaid yet? No.
